The CitSpark warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship but does not cover fair wear and tear, defects resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, operation, or storage outside the product's environment specification, or in-transit damage.

If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at support@citinnosoln.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or additional information to assess the warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorized repairs, or modifications made to the product. - Consumable items that are intended to be used once or over a limited duration may not be covered under warranty.​
