All shipping costs vary depending on the product. All shipments will be standard ground freight via the best carrier, Depending on weight, volume, and delivery time. USPS or UPS is the preferred carrier for small and medium-size packages.
Orders vary by type of product. Stock Items typically ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order. The standard lead time for out-of-stock items is 7 to 10 days. Lead time for custom products is 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of order. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer

Standard Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Costs vary based on your location and the weight of the items. Expedited Shipping is available at an additional cost and typically delivers within 2-3 business days. We offer international shipping options. Delivery times and costs will vary based on your location.
​If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy
CitSpark offers a 7 day to initiate a return from the date of delivery for most items. A 25% restocking charge may be applied. CitSpark retains the right to deny any product depending on the condition of the product as it is received.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. - Certain items may be non-returnable, including [specific items, e.g., personalized products, sale items, etc.]. Please check the product description for details.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, size or color, please initiate the return process as outlined above, then place a new order for the desired item.
